Havaş General Manager S. Mete Erna stated, ‘’At Havaş, we attach priority to continuously improve our activities in line with the latest trends and add value to our airline partnerships with a particular focus on customer satisfaction. We are very glad to extend our service agreement with Qatar Airways Cargo to create synergy on cargo and warehouse services. Since the past two years, we have been using reefer trucks designed for the equipment fleet of our warehouses to transport special cargo such as medicine, food, etc. in Turkey.  Havaş is the first company in ground handling services in Turkey to use reefer trucks. Furthermore, we doubled the size of our warehouse at Istanbul Airport with an approximate investment of €11 million, while also investing in several brand-new technologies and hardware at our warehouse facilities at Ankara, Izmir and Antalya airports covering a total area of 20,457 square meters; and set an example in the sector. We will continue to increase the efficiency of our operations and adopt innovations to contribute to the success of all our business partners.”
