Havaş Transfers Its Site Operations to Digital

Havaş initiated the ‘Paperless Operation’ project in ground handling services. As part of the project, dispatchers will be able to manage the work processes including flight information, SLA based airline services, key performance indicators (KPIs), SITA messages, central load control (CLC), etc. via their tablets. The process management to be achieved through a simplified mobile application with a user-friendly interface designed particularly for Havaş will enable simultaneous data flow and follow-up. The goals of the paperless operation project include to strengthen the communication among the site teams, accelerate data flow and increase operational efficiency.

Havaş General Manager S.Mete Erna stated, ‘’We closely follow up the digital transformation process and brand-new technologies in the global aviation industry. We focus on sustainable development by adopting the transfer of traditional work format to mobile systems. Therefore, we are very pleased to initiate our transition to paperless operation. With this application, dispatchers will be able to manage the ground handling operations through their tablets with a faster information flow and more technologic infrastructure. In the following days, we will expand the use of tablets to all our teams and the scope of the processes carried out via the mobile application. We will continue our investments and projects by adopting innovative approaches to raise the bar to a higher level for our services.’’
